Cancellation Policy

Holding Deposit: A holding deposit is required to secure your appointment slot. In the event of a cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice, the holding deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations with Sufficient Notice: If clients provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling, the holding deposit will be fully refundable or can be transferred to a future appointment. Late Arrivals: Please be aware that arriving late to your scheduled appointment may result in a shortened session, as we strive to accommodate all our clients promptly. The holding deposit remains non-refundable in such cases. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without any prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the holding deposit, and future appointments may require pre-payment.
